Ken Ross, Founder and CEO

Ken founded ExpertCEO based upon his own experiences of working with more than 25 companies as a technology CEO, company founder, board member, venture capitalist and consultant.  Ken has been the founder and CEO of numerous software companies including Seriosity, Extricity, Pillar, Documentum and Ross Systems.  He has also served as a board member and CEO Coach for a variety of privately held technology companies including Adaptive Planning, Savvion and Electric Cloud.  Ken was a General Partner at RRE Ventures, where he headed the firm's Silicon Valley office.  Ken received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Stanford University.

Michele Floriani

Michele leads the creative and brand direction for ExpertCEO.  Michele founded Davanti, a brand management consulting group in Silicon Valley. In addition, he is the Director of Branding for BMC Software.  Previously, he served in Marketing and Communications positions with Remedy Corporation, Peregrine Systems, Extricity, and Accenture.  Michele holds a B.F.A in Painting and Sculpture from the University of Southern California and studied Economics at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Nathalee Stirling Ghafouri

Nathalee is the marketing manager for ExpertCEO. She brings to the team several years of experience in public relations, including messaging, strategy development and media relations. Nathalee has a B.S. from the University of California, Davis.

Dana Marotto

Dana is responsible for marketing at ExpertCEO.  Dana has held management positions in business development, product strategy and marketing in the software industry.  She was the Director of Marketing Communications for Remedy (now owned by BMC Software). At Extricity, she held roles in business development, product strategy and strategic alliances. Dana has a B.A. in Economics and Business from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard University.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Alison Ross

Alison heads business development for ExpertCEO.  For the past 25 years, Alison has managed professional services relationships with senior executives of public and private corporations, and she’s chaired several non-profit boards.  Most recently, Alison consulted to CEO’s and CFO’s, providing coaching to optimize investment community interactions. Previously, Alison managed investment banking relationships at Goldman Sachs and Montgomery Securities, overseeing initial and secondary public offerings, as well as M&A and private financing transactions.  As a White House Fellow, she served as Special Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary, acting as a liaison between cabinet members, agency heads, and the Executive Office of the President of the United States.  Alison earned a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
